The unlimited PTO is not a good thing. The turnover rate is near 60% annually and most employees did not have time to take PTO. When people quit or were fired, ICAST had to shell out like crazy on PTO. They switched to unlimited PTO and started saving thousands of dollars each year not having to pay out departing employees. The president of the company, an immigrant, personally shut down the DEI program because it was too expensive. Absolutely hilarious. There is absolutely no room for a long term career. No higher positions are available to be promoyed to. The president of the company constantly sets fear into the hearts of his employees. The company works with low income residential, and the president's goal is to pay his employees so little that their homes can be new projects.
