Need to always have a high utilization rate, billed to a client, so less time for training. If no contract to work on, likely to get laid off quickly. Also hard for managers to terminate people so need to deal with non-performers longer than necessary. Need to document everything. Writing process for business development proposals are inefficient and brutal. Work life balance is out the window at that time. Health care options are mediocre.
