Interesting (and growing number of) clients and projects. A growing company so it's an interesting time to be there. The US business is investing heavily in the European business as can be seen with the new offices and the growing number of staff.
Svantaggi
Pay is low compared to other consultancies and public sector organisations. Graduates (even those with master's degrees) who start at Research Assistant level get paid around £20k a year. Management is very bureaucratic and a lot of people's hands are tied due to decisions being made in the US.
