We also strive to create an environment where employees feel this support across all levels of those they work with, from teammates to managers. ICF expects people managers to create an environment that fosters belonging, embraces diversity, and prioritizes fairness and inclusivity at all levels.
One of our core values is speaking up, and having open and honest conversations—even when it’s hard.
