      The topics are interesting and change often in consulting. Colleagues care about the work and are highly capable. All the teams I know of are flexible with hours and location which is good for parents.

      It’s consulting so everyone is on too many projects. They keep salaries low to keep bids competitive. However they spent who knows how much on a brand new headquarters! They should focus in compensating and keeping employees they value. They spend a lot of time with praises and kudos but it seems as alternative to better pay.

We do annual audits of salaries and compensation against other industries to ensure they are fair and competitive. With that said, if you’re not satisfied and would like to seek additional compensation, now is a great time to prepare for an impact conversation with your manager to discuss what's needed to help you get there. -HS
