There are resources like Career Pathfinder, guides to having impact conversations with your managers, and the kinds of learning opportunities we have available to help you grow in a direction in which you may be interested. I know this may not be as helpful since I'm not sure what type of growth you're most interested in, so I recommend contacting your HRBP if you want more answers to your questions.
