Complete chaos, nobody considers other teams timelines and requirements. The "one icon" culture is complete nonsense, as most teams are on a professional levwl only in proposing unrralistic expectations to xlients and then shifting the blame. There is really zero support from management that seems to only want to save every dollar, without investing into experienced and hard working colleagues. IT and Internal HR are the worst i have ever experienced, with multiple issues that barred me and colleagues from our team from actually being able to work. I think most people have a fake it till you make it attitude, but at this point its more of fake it for as long as you can, until everything comes crashing down. Zero effort in keepung employees motivated, happy or even sane. Throughout the years the company only took benefits away from us, and career oportunities seem to be offered mostly to friends, rather than actuslly deserving people.
