ICON treat their people like dog poo under the sole of their shoe. The get you in for a low pay, train you poorly and the demand you work far more than contractual and legislated hours. HR is a joke. They have absolutely nog clue what so ever about employment laws and legislation in your country. You constantly need to check you are not robbed of vacation days, daily allowance or other benefits. Management do their best to push your results down to justify att minimal increase of your annual salary and set goals impossible to reach. Do not under any circumstances accept a position here. I bet it's even better taking a job at Ryan air.
