      If you can survive a year at ICON, you can work anywhere. Having said that, the company is very professional. Follows SOPs & grows employees.

      Pay isn't great unless you bring years of experience. Be prepared to be worked to death.

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
