      Very generous benefits/paid time off program includes tuition and gym fees reimbursement among other things. Health Insurance is a bit lacking but standard coverage/cost for the industry. Overall great company and great people to work with.

      Systems can be difficult. Lower level employees are often hired with zero experience with the expectation that they will learn on the job or be trained by whomever needs them to perform a task the most.

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
