      Top CRO with a wide range of therapeutic areas. Overall, people seem to enjoy their jobs. Management from the top down does make an effort to listen to employee feedback.

      Lots of processes in place that seem to slow down the momentum of getting work done in a streamlined and efficient manner. Accountability seems to always fall on the CRC, supervisor, or someone else instead of the individual who is actually responsible for carrying out the job to be done,

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
