People within operations are very hard working. Opportunity to work with some very skilled/knowledgeable people. Depending on the projects you are assigned there can be the opportunity for growth. The company has a lot of potential with some very talented staff, however please see cons below.

Svantaggi

Poor work-life balance for many personnel. Various departments understaffed yet expected to compensate with over hours. Senior leadership do not show any genuine regard on staff wellness or addressing the current work-life imbalance. There are some very talented people leaving the organisation due to stress or burn out. Poor performers are too easily tolerated along with suspected cronyism in certain positions.

HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
