Worst company I have ever worked for! STAY AWAY!!! - Recensione dipendente - Director presso ICON

Senior leadership (up through and including the CEO) are completely incompetent. The "culture" is terrible. My company had the misfortune of recently being acquired by ICON (it was not my choice to join this company). Every decision ICON leadership has made since the merger has been terrible. It would be difficult to screw up this badly, even on purpose. There's a reason why ICON has such a terrible reputation in the CRO industry (along with IQVIA). My recommendation is to stay far away from ICON, and work anywhere else if you have an option. I am aggressively interviewing with other companies - many other people in my org are doing the same.
