Management training, as well as CRA onboarding training, is badly in need of improvement. All is done remotely at this point, and most consists of online modules. This should be a starting point, but it should also be accompanied by a physical manual for easy referencing, and a review of the large volume of policies that have to be read during onboarding (100+). In addition to a lack of training, everything is so metrics driven at the expense of quality, and it's apparent to everyone. At some point in the near future, this will start to impact the financial bottom line.

HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
