ICON will hastily outsource your role to low cost countries and then blame you for the delays in projects due to their own organizational changes. No promotions, no bonuses, no yearly pay increase to even match inflation amidst a class action lawsuit against the company and CEO. Stay away if you value yourself as an employee.

HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
