Not ICON’s concern. - Absolutely no room for growth — filled with false promises and misleading statements during hiring and performance reviews. - Endless system migrations and inefficient tools make it hard to focus on actual work. It feels like we’re going backward, not forward. - Leadership under Steve Cutler is running the company into the ground. Poor decisions, lack of vision, and no real investment in employees or clients. - Many talented people are leaving — those who stay are burned out and unsupported.
