Got rid of BRIGHT program, the only benefit. No bonuses. Employee raises given 6 months late, then capped at 2%, but at the same time the CEO still gets a raise AND a hefty bonus?? OK. Good luck moving up in your career - they will tell you that there are opportunities for growth, but your LM will shut any growth down. Only way to grow your career is to leave. Pay is below market rate.

HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
