Reactive/defensive operating style, overly invested in status quo. Poor communication and broken business processes. Aloof executives unconcerned with functional area capabilities/challenges. No employee recognition and no concern or support for Employee Relations. Poor morale. Rule by management preference and bias rather than values, strategy, or common sense. Poor engagement of staff. Unfulfilled promises to many. In a cost-cutting phase with regard to staff headcount and salaries. No general raises in 2016. High turnover in a number of areas. Top heavy, hierarchical org structure.
