      Pockets of talented and forward thinking employees. Not oversized so you will get your hands dirty. Mixed bag of management talent, some are great, some are stuck in a bygone era.

      Svantaggi

      Risk averse culture hampers innovation and modern best practice adoption. Adherence to outdated ITIL framework adds extra complexity but no value. Patchwork quilt of vendor apps stuck together with duck tape and prayer. Very little actual code development save for barely supported integration layer.

      Management is going in the wrong direction. New changes and processes with added work while taking tools away to help you do your work. The changes and processes are meant to cut costs to help the company expand while overworking the adjusters which negatively impacts claims handling and services provided to customers.
