Terrible company - Recensione dipendente - Recruitment Consultant presso ID Medical

I have never reviewed anything in my life however after working at this company I could not hold back!!! After leaving the HM armed forces I have changed jobs trying to find the career for me. It was here I felt I had found the right fit. They told me there was the opportunity to progress and earnings were substantial However After increased monthly performance and surpassing peers at a similar level, during this troubled time I was kept in the dark when my team started to work from home, having to remain in the office as the country were entering a lock down, after working from home I was informed that of all my team I was to be furloughed. Then after months of no communication I was informed by a director that I was being let go due to a lack of performance. In a time where jobs are at their most crucial and our country is in a desperate state this company were not willing to support a war veteran who at a time was willing to sacrifice so much for his country and the freedom of all those in it. The suicide rate for veterans is astronomical and if this is how civilian companies treat them I understand why.
