Great work life balance and culture.

No remote work options. Laptops only offered to management.

The leadership hires people both on their technical qualifications and on their ability to fit within the friendly culture they foster, so overall it is a great place to work. An emphasis is placed on learning, mentorship, and promoting from within.

Although their client base is diverse enough to protect them from market swings, they are almost entirely focused on hospitality, which was crippled by the COVID outbreak. That couldn't have been forseen, but it cost myself and several others our jobs.
