Not for the serious career minded, No area for growth, Out dated machines and laboratory, Products not competative over priced hard for sales, Long hours under paid, No loyalty for long term employee's, Have reward systems in place not used by staff to difficult to acknowledge another colleague always rejected, HR just puppets need to be more independant and they do not help staff they allow bullying to flourish, acknowledge it and then do nothing numerous times.
