Complete lack of leadership. Leadership team have moved up the company hierarchy from within the company and lack outside experience. There is no sense of strategy, direction and KPIs from most department are sales driven. Ruthless turnover, 17 people have left so far in 2017 (and the number is predicted to continue to rise). Staff morale is low. Lack of training and development. Career progression is futile unless you're a brown noser or favourite. Complete lack of communication within company. Continual miscommunication and information being siloed. Staff / teams are undermined and treated worse than animals by management team. Expats are exploited. Salaries are low. Bonuses and pay rises basically non-existent. Career suicide from working here.
