It is likely some of this has changed from early start-up days, but what was experienced: - Work/life balance could be improved on- was a culture of being overworked and underpaid - No clear career development within the company for the majority of employees - Many people in leadership/management positions with very little prior experience. They might have impressive backgrounds, but some have a limited history of actually managing people that often led to confusion, duplication of work in parallel, or even creating toxic micro-environments within the company - Priorities may quickly shift - Expectations and project direction were murky at best - Job stability- sudden layoffs in 2020 - High turnover- for some due to lack of direction
