      Training is rubbish, you are basically left to find out yourself how to find out how to do something with this company?? The Job description does not come close to what is expected of the employee.

      So many. Staff are miserable, the turnover I have never seen anything like before or since, I have seen people start on a Monday, go for lunch, and never seen again. Please read and consume the negative reviews on this site, they are written by genuine people who generally had a miserable time at Iesa. All the negatives I can vouch for. The recent spate of positive reviews seem a little too engineered, it stinks of senior management trying to claw back some respectability - they seem a little too hammy and manufactured - they also read like they've been written by the same person!
