I recently joined IFS and have been genuinely impressed with how well the onboarding process is structured. From day one, there’s been clear communication, access to all required tools and platforms, and a well-organized introduction to both the product and people side of the company. The A&D team has been extremely welcoming and collaborative — leaders and colleagues across regions (US, UK, Canada, and Sri Lanka) make time to share knowledge and context. I appreciate the open culture, where questions are encouraged and ideas are valued.
