-low pay. Every position top to bottom is being underpaid. For being the biggest cannabis company in CA they constantly post up positions way under market value for the experience they want. -terrible work life balance. Constant ot and efforts to add to the workforce take too long. -favoritism and nepotism. Not uncommon to see sisters and brothers of those high up getting their siblings or friends promoted into higher positions.
