The worst thing is the management. The company would benefit from wiping it out and starting over. The iron fist and no respect for employees is not working. Too many good people are leaving or being let go simply for having an opinion. Temporary employees are treating like rubbish that is simply replaceable at the drop of a pin. Employees are too scared to address concerns to HR as they are all buddies with management.
