Poor work culture. Management is very careless. They did not pay the full FnF amount. They make the easy job more stressfull. It is because the TLs and the managers are young and are hired by internal movement. An agent can become a TL just after 9 months after joining despite of his performance. Therefore they are very arogant and irresponsible. The QA or TL never appreciates when you have done someting good but will demoralise you when you make a mistake.
