Environment is nice, situated in a natural park with views of the Mediterranean sea

HHRR are not the best, feels isolated, not many services around, nos a lot of collaaborqtion among groups

Good environment, flexible schedule, accessible, new technologies, up-to-date science

Location is very inconvenient if you are not driving People are nice, but mostly local. Though the lack of diversity is not because of the poor hiring practices, but mostly because those who are not locals, choose not to do internships or PhDs at this place - mostly because of the location.
