Horrible - Recensione dipendente - Lpn presso IHM

The management took me off of orientation without finishing my checklist and without feeling comfortable. I told them I was not comfortable. They forced me to the floor as an LPN (my job- which was fine and I would have been able to do independently given my experience BUT 2 hours into shift I was pulled as a nurse to work as a CNA and I havent worked as CNA before. It was myself and 30 residents for an entire 10 hours as a CNA. I never went back. It was HORRIFYING!!!
