The company offers a very rewarding experience of collboration.

Often times the senior leadership does not provide clear guidance on the HR roadmap.

Flexible work schedule is the only real positive here. Occasional pizza parties. They are a walking/talking Tik Tok meme.

Safety record is atrocious. They care about safety on paper, but not in reality. People have been hurt, people have been admonished for pointing out safety issues and threatened with being fired. Truly disgusting. They've allowed drunk EH&S employees to work with HF, knowing they were drunk. They have turned a blind eye to air safety in areas that have improper ventilation. Poor lab spaces which are not invested in at all. Lab spaces that are required to be kept at certain environmental conditions are out of tolerance in the summer due to inadequate A/C. Management has cultivated a toxic work environment that didn't exist previous to them taking over. And by "them" I mean the married couple that made a power play and got 4 people fired, and they swooped in and took the two top positions. They are unethical, unsafe, disgusting people who will do anything to make themselves look good, all while NEVER rewarding the people under them who do all the work. This company had truly great potential as it once felt like a family. But when "they" took over the wheels fell off rather quickly. One of them actually verbally berated an employee for educating other employees on how to utilize the companies 401K program, sighting "YOU ARE COSTING THE COMPANY MONEY." Unreal. I could write a book about this site and why people should stay away.
