I don't have anything negative to say about this institution.

- the solidarity among contractual staff

- you will have two bosses - the director and his PA - you will be tasked with the most menial event management chores - the work environment in the whole institute promotes over-working and humiliating contractual staff - as a contractual staff, you will be asked to wear an ID card like a badge of shame. separate seats in the canteen and the campus bus. you will have to come on saturdays which is not required for permanent staff. no HR support, so if your reporting manager harasses you, there is no one you can go to seeking help. - there is no space for personal growth. in fact, personal aspirations are frowned upon so that you would give all your time to the office - you are expected to work beyond working hours without any prior notice and monetary benefits
