PF deducted from Salary but not submitted to EPFO office. - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso IINFOCOMM

i have employed with INFOCOMM IT Services from MAY 2011 to JULY 2012. They have deducted PF from my salary every month. But still they have not cleared my PF balance. They have deducted from employee and never submitted in PF department. Please can anyone help me in addressing this issue to concerned authority. I have all my pay slip saved as proof. Whenever we call them they say PF will be refunded in a week. But it is now 2 year 6 month, still waiting for PF refund.
