Appreciate IKEAS values which enables us to take care of our families with excellent benefits and time off. Coming from a different background an observation that I see is great communication and leadership present from everyone but those in the front office/ steering group. I believe all leaders and co-workers could benefit from their past experiences and coaching.

Not seeing much interaction at the UPPER / front office staff. I know we are all busy with work and adjusted labor but a daily walk AND talk from duty , steering and store management would be a great boost! I believe we all want to be better in our jobs and create a company of leaning from each other.
