The managers are very stuck up and ignore their employees. They are getting strict on time and they low ball your raises. I worked hard there for a long time and I always finished my work early. Plus I was great to the customers and it was all ignored and I didn't get my sales Co worker level 2 raise which I worked at for 7 months after obtaining the sofas department. They also favor the teachers pet. A lot of favortism at ikea.
