      IKEA is a great solid company to work for; they truly are one of the most diverse companies I have ever worked for, and they pay very competitively.

      IKEA does not believe in staffing their stores to meet the needs of the customers, and plan their hours budgets to unrealistic expectations. Managers are often held accountable to get a job done without being allowed the staff and or hours to do so.
