No company get togethers and no Xmas parties so very isolating with little to no staff comradery.

We have an annual Christmas Party which all employees are invited to. We also get together as a company in the July timeframe each year for business updates and team building. The sales team also meet regularly, usually monthly.
The majority of people i have spoken to who work here cannot stand it. The management is lacking in actual management skills and everyone is out for themselves. unless you’re part of management, you’re made to feel like you’re worthless. you’re just another number here. there’s a serious lack in respect for the team from management and nobody feels like they’re appreciated. the pay is disgustingly low for the amount of stress and pressure put onto you. i have never been so miserable at a job and the lack of care for anyone is evident. serious budget cuts due to the company not doing well means that the only things that made people want to work for the company have been taken away and it shows

We carry out an annual employee survey and measure the engagement levels of our our employees. At the last survey we measured 4.1 out of 5 and are pleased with our score. We also measure our Net promotor score which is how likely an employee will recommend ILX Group to a friend or colleague, we score 10. Anything above 0 is considered good and this demonstrates our employees are more loyal than not. We take learning and feedback from our surveys and aim for continuous improvement.
