      Workload, life balance. Management wants to look efficient, but doesn’t seem to invest money on customer facing employees. No enough transparency. Very reactive management, employees are pushed to the limit

      Thanks for your honest feedback about lots of great people in IMCD and the positive company culture you mention, we have invested a lot in the hiring, training and induction of our employees and we are proud to have such a positive environment. Understand that in the current Covid-19 period where many people work from home workload is something to monitor closely.
