- Favoritism is ruling the company in terms of promotions, empowerment and delegation of duties/authorities. - Regional Managers, Directors and VPs take credit for work and efforts done by employees on the ground in "smaller" countries. - Internal policies such as HR, Treasury, Internal Controls and KPIs are too rigid, inflexible and unconsidering to each country's culture and demands. - Terrible work/life balance. - Micromanagement by higher/regional management.
