Terrible Management, Culture, and all around bad experience - Recensione dipendente - Civil Engineer presso IMEG

I did not have a good experience with the company. I was hired on to one of the acquired companies and not told about the merger to create IMEG. The team lead I was working under was moved to another project leaving me a junior engineer to lead the team. I was told I had a year to learn under him but that was a lie Equipment was very old and not well maintained. One main piece of equipment broke down requiring an overhaul of the engine. This made making deadlines that were promised impossible. The company wasn’t invested into a software package that could help make the turnover process more streamlined. This made handing reports and data over extremely difficult.
