Lots of career paths for all levels education. Solid benefit hours, 3 weeks vacation minimum, upwards of 4-5 weeks with experience/negotiations.
Svantaggi
No 401k, only an ESOP option for retirement. However, ESOP contributions have been good and about 5-8% of salary. Large, corporate feeling firm and you can feel easy to replace or like just another number.
