This can leave employees feeling unprepared for new challenges or opportunities. The final con is creativity and innovation. It seems the most innovative people have left the company. The company lacks innovative leaders in all areas of the company. This is disappointing given the size of the company and all that it talks about being thought leaders and innovators.
