I actually worked at the Pittsburgh office back in 2000. The environment was always polite and professional. Performance reviews were accurate and helpful in improving my performance.

The monthly performance reviews were a bit lengthy at 40 minutes. 20 minutes seems like an adequate amount of time to go over all the points.
