Brainless and rude top management. The top management is full of office politics, focusing on targeting people instead of solving real issues. They treat employees unfairly, no increament and no bonus and still try to cut down staff welfare to reduce expenses. No career growth. You can’t draw your full potential. Work load increase but no salary increment. Work load increase not related to your actual roles.
