A boutique consulting company with work demands that are sometimes demanding but there is a balance due to the nature of the work, however if you do not enjoy fast moving and innovation, fast pace and a continuous evolving work environment which creates daily challenging, you may feel overwhelmed. The company management prides itself on retention and many employees have worked at the company for over 10 years. Meetings are conducted to allow employees input. I love working at IMRI and enjoy the leadership.

Due to many of the employees are located in other states, the company need to bring them together more to share its vision. There was a newsletter that comes out but it is inconsistent. However, I do have access to the corporate departments and they are responsive to my needs.
