Leaving this company was honestly one of the best things that happened to me both personally and professionally. - Poor management and very weak people leadership. - Culture is not great - little to no team activities or efforts to build morale. - Salaries are very low compared to market standards and increments and promotions are extremely rare. - Employees can remain stuck at the same level for years with little to no growth.
