      Very clean for an industrial setting. Air conditioning in most of the building. Well stocked break rooms. Not much else beyond that.

      Very high turn over. People brought on then fired 88 days later. They won't hire enough people for the job so many are overworked. They make promises of travel and advancement that they don't deliver on. Insurance is about $500 a month. None of the engineers have actual degrees

      The pay is competitive for the area and the hours are steady. Training is hands-on and coworkers are willing to help you learn. Management focuses on safety and keeping the machines running right. Overtime is usually available if you want it.
