Vantaggi

Flexibility in terms of work from home. Decent salary. No other pros.

Svantaggi

- Friends from other companies are hired in much senior positions even if they don't deserve the position or lack experience. - Unprofessional senior management playing dirty politics all the time by putting a big smile on their face. - Senior managers hire their friends from ex companies and start giving them more responsibilities and promoting their growth. The other staff have to keep asking for it even if they deserve it more. - People are given promotions within 6-8 months of joining the company. I have no idea how they judge e person so soon. - Boasts of being the top 5 CRO but no better perks for employees, and doesn't value actually hard working employees. If you have a friend there, you can easily be friendly and gain promotions. - No good training given.

Vantaggi

Excellent PTO and holiday pay (extra week from Christmas to New Year in addition to regular PTO). Friendly people. Flexible scheduling, availablity to work from home when needed. Good for newcomers looking to enter CRO industry.

Svantaggi

Low salary compared to rest of industry. Promotes a culture of blame instead of a culture of problem-solving. Over promise and under deliver to customers, which creates a lot of stress on project teams. Lack of follow through on promotions and raises No bonus or incentives; recognition programs in place are childish and provide no actual incentive. Lack of resourcing, most departments are understaffed and employees are expected to "pick up the slack" for an indefinite period of time, which doesn't seem to be ending. Like most companies, promotion and recognition is political - those that get the most face time with upper management get promotions while those that stick their nose to the grindstone and actually complete the work are awarded with more work.
