I worked for this company for two years. I started as a Sr. Data Scientist and I end with the AI/ML team lead so there is a good chance for promotion and supporting for work harder people, the company has creative ideas and has the leadership for AI/ML researches. - HR team is so kindly people the spoke with employees all the time and listen to there problem. - The company has a good team for frontend, backend and AI, and it created an innovated platform for smart Robots and Expert System. - The CEO is a professional and so kindly man, he engaged with all managers and developers and listen to all, he is very flexible and has no problem to change his decision if he found some on is on right. - The company has a good infrastructure and big building. - All people are so sweet, and the environment is very supportive. - Good and Stable Salaries. - Good chance to learn something new. So I love this place so much and I consider it my second home.

High turnover rate: but I'm see the problem is with new comers, because if he got another offer a little bit larger than he get he start to move even if he hired just a few weeks ago and don't wait for annual increase.
